Great experience with Safecracker. They were professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what they were doing with the safe. The whole process was smooth and they got the job done without any hassle. Definitely recommend them if you need help opening or servicing a safe.

5 stars isn't enough! Safecracker is truly a 5-star quality service. From the moment, he arrived, he was professional and knew what to do! I needed a door opened and the lock was jammed. He did the job quick and the price was fair. This is who you should call when you need a locksmith!

After misplacing the combination to my home safe, I thought I had lost access to some important documents forever. This locksmith company was able to come out the same day and safely unlock the safe without damaging it. The technician clearly explained the process, worked efficiently, and treated the situation with professionalism. I was extremely impressed with their expertise and customer service.

I had a great experience with the safe cracking company. He was professional, responsive, and able to open my locked safe quickly without causing any damage. The technician was knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, and had my safe open much faster than I expected. If you need safe opening, safe unlocking, or safe locksmith services, I highly recommend Safecracker for the expertise and outstanding customer service.

Excellent Safecracker Locksmith OC. Rapid response service at a great price. Honest, professional from call to completion. Recommend by a trusted friend, Doug has helped us with an emergency lock out on a cold night and a scheduled visit to update our locks/security. He has answered our calls immediately, arrived promptly, and worked efficiently. His calm and kind manner is reassuring and professional, his expertise (18 years experience) and quick thinking is exceptional. All at a reasonable price.

Doug is the Real Deal. He is exactly what he says he is, a Safecracker. I recently acquired a 100 year old safe without a known combination. I needed it opened so I could start using it. I started calling so-called Locksmiths only to discover all they wanted to do is destroy the safe by cutting a panel. I knew there had to be a better way. So I kept calling different places and finally came across Doug. He said he could open it, and sure enough, 45 minutes after he arrived, he opened the door and now I have a perfectly good safe to work with. Thank You Doug, You da Man

You cant ask for a more professional person than Doug. I called and asked for price on a rekey; his pricing was fair and reasonable, so I said let's do it. I didn't need it today, but Doug was accommodating he did it anyway. During the process Doug was very responsive and informative. He makes sure you understand what he's doing and any more information needed to stay on top of your safety. I'd rather keep these types of small caring owner owned business open than the large ones that don't care and only want more money. I support his business 100% and if a recommendation on social network comes up, Doug is the first business I will recommend. Keep up the great work Doug! Wishing you and your business much continued success. BTW: Doug freely re-keyed the old Schlage z wave lock so that I could donate it to Habitat for Humanity. Genuinely a very good person!
